Sprig and Fern The Meadows was originally planned to open 6th November when “Meadows Crossing” and the five new Showhomes open. However significant delays on the project due to Covid lockdowns, the very wet spring weather and material delays, has meant the Central Park commercial building construction is now scheduled to be completed early December.

The external Stria cladding will be finished early next week awaiting the cedar cladding. In the meantime internal linings and landscaping are about to start in early November.  The fit out for Sprig + Fern The Meadows is also due to commence very soon.
